PromptL is an iOS app that lets you save, organize, and instantly reuse your best AI prompts. Instead of rewriting instructions from scratch every time, you build a personal library you can copy with one tap — ready for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI tool.

Yes, PromptL has a free tier that includes:

• Up to 100 prompts
• 1 collection
• Basic search

Upgrade to PromptL Pro for unlimited prompts, unlimited collections, and advanced search — available as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Select PromptL
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

You can delete your account from within the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at support@promptl.app and we'll handle it for you.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Your prompts are private and only accessible by you. The database uses Row Level Security (RLS) — meaning the backend enforces that only your account can read or modify your data. We do not read, analyze, or sell your prompts.

Please email us at support@promptl.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. We take bug reports seriously and aim to fix them quickly.
